AB FIT Strength is written strength programming that is designed to be a 6-12 week training phase. Each program has a specific focus, but all contain the full body basic movement patterns for optimizing progress.
Designed for all levels of fitness, this program is for those looking to establish a structured but flexible strength routine. The workouts are organized for maximum time efficiency, and it’s perfect if you have access to minimal equipment or working out at home.
AB FIT Strength through Pregnancy is the same concept of AB FIT Strength, but with considerations and options to best support the demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with pelvic floor+core health guidelines and coaching.

3 weekly total body strength workouts, 30-40 minutes

Video tutorials of each workout with safety cues and variations
*I am a Certified Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Coach, however it is essential to get clearance from your medical provider before starting prenatal or postpartum exercise.
